Stable housing
A safe, structured place to live while rebuilding routines, confidence, and independence.

Rising Change Foundation is building a recovery-centered community where safe housing, human connection, and practical support create room for lasting change.
Why we exist
Our mission is to help people affected by substance use build stable, meaningful lives through supportive housing, connection to recovery resources, structured living, and community partnership across Suffolk County.
Our approach
We are developing a thoughtful, accountable model built around the realities of long-term recovery.
A safe, structured place to live while rebuilding routines, confidence, and independence.
Recovery grows stronger through community, accountability, peer support, and shared purpose.
Practical support and consistent structure help people turn early recovery into lasting change.
Rising Change Foundation is in its organizational development phase. Programs, admissions, and tax-exempt status information will be updated here as each milestone is completed.

We will follow up to listen, learn what is needed, and discuss the most appropriate next step.
Through housing, community, or partnership, we keep moving toward sustainable recovery.
Meet the Founder
“Our hardest chapters do not have to be the end of our story.”
Rising Change Foundation was born from lived experience—not from a distance, but from within the reality of substance abuse and the effect it can have on an entire family.
My family and I know the fear, uncertainty, pain, and exhaustion that can come with addiction. We also know that recovery can create something equally powerful: honesty, healing, renewed trust, and a life grounded in purpose. We have walked through difficult seasons together, and we have learned that overcoming them is rarely the work of one person alone.
Those experiences became my reason for starting Rising Change Foundation. I want to help lift others into recovery and toward stable, meaningful lives—to offer the encouragement, structure, connection, and dignity that can make the next right step feel possible.
This mission belongs to our family. By sharing our story, we hope the things we endured can become a source of strength for someone else. If our experience helps another person feel less alone, another family hold on to hope, or another life begin again, then what we went through can serve a greater purpose.
We rise by lifting others—and we believe every person deserves the opportunity to rise.
